An opportunity has arisen for a Coach Developer to join the England Rugby Game Development team on a fixed-term contract (Maternity Cover) from October 2026 to January 2028.
This is a full-time, home-based role supporting coaches across Lancashire through mentoring, training and ongoing development, 35 hours a week (on any five out of the seven days, including evenings and weekends), requiring travel to clubs, schools, colleges, universities.
