We are delighted to announce that Jack Weare has accepted the role of U20s Lead Coach for the County. Jack brings a wealth of coaching experience covering schools, club and county squads and he steps up from the Assistant Coach role he has held for the last 3 years with the U20s. Good luck and well done Jack!

Jack will take on the U20 Lead Coach role from Chris Johnson, who has decided not to take up the final season option in order to concertate on his club coaching role at National League 2 club, Heath RUFC.  Chris will be missed but he has certainly laid a solid foundation for the U20s especially with the Jason Leonard National U20 County Championship win in 2025.  Lancashire Director of Rugby Howard Hughes commented "Chris brought an immense knowledge of the game that benefitted both the players and the staff around him. A great and loyal servant to the county"
