UPDATE:

At the start of the 2025/26 season clubs were invited to participate in county-wide rugby survey aimed at providing an insight into the health of the community game in Lancashire. A summary report was published on this link in October https://www.lancashirerfu.com/club-resources
In response to club feedback in this survey, during November and December, our club community meetings have provided a platform for collaborative discussion and problem-solving on the challenges clubs are facing, with particular focus on two areas of concern highlighted in the recent Lancashire club survey:
  • Mens Rugby engagement - player retainment, recruitment and transition of colts
  • Club & Schools engagement
