- Lancashire RFU is responsible for the growth, support and promotion of men's Rugby in Lancashire.

- Lancashire RFU encourages all its members clubs to promote the development of players' personal and social skills as well as athletic abilty, to instill in the players a love of the game and a lifelong involvement in Rugby. In thier delivery of rugby, Clubs and Coaches should adhere to the RFU Codes of practice and promote the core values of TEAMWORK, RESPECT, ENJOYMENT, DISCIPLINE, SPORTSMANSHIP.
WAYS TO PLAY
Rugby is a social sport that is open to all, with a range of formats to suit all abilities and ages. You may be looking for a new club to play competitive full-contact. Maybe you fancy trying some summer Touch or Sevens to keep you fit or get you back into rugby, you might be nterested in playing the occassional social vets game, or you may be completley new to the game and interested in non-contact T1 Rugby or Walking Rugby. PLAYER REGISTRATION
To play rugby in England all Male Adult players are required to register annually on RFU GMS
REPRESENTATIVE RUGBY
